Day 1
Lesbian is a woman who is sexually or romantically attracted exclusively to other women; a gay woman.
Day 2
Gay men are men who are primarily or exclusively attracted to other men, both romantically and sexually.
Day 3
Bisexuality is a sexual orientation where individuals are attracted to more than one gender.
Day 4
Transgender is an umbrella term for persons whose gender identity, gender expression or behaviour does not conform to that typically associated with the sex to which they were assigned at birth.
Day 5
Heterosexual is being sexually or romantically attracted exclusively to people of the other sex.
Day 6
Queer is an umbrella term encompassing a range of sexual orientations and gender identities that are not heterosexual or cisgender.
Day 7
Abrosexual is a sexual orientation where a person's sexual or romantic attraction is fluid and can change over time.
Day 8
Aroace, short for aromantic asexual, refers to someone who experiences little to no romantic or sexual attraction.
Day 9
Demisexuality is a sexual orientation where a person experiences sexual attraction only after forming a close emotional bond with someone.
Day 10
Neptunic refers to a sexual orientation where an individual is attracted to women, feminine-aligned non-binary people, and neutral non-binary people, but not to men or masculine-aligned non-binary people.
Pride Month, celebrated annually in June, is a dedicated time to recognize and celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community. It's a month for LGBTQIA+ individuals and their allies to come together, commemorate the progress made in LGBTQIA+ rights, and acknowledge the ongoing work needed to achieve full equality and acceptance.
The history of Pride Month.
Character Warehouse's Pride Month Event is being celebrated on 25th October 2025. Everybody can show up, whether apart of the Pride Community or an ally.
LGBTQ+ Youth Service is open to all young people 11-19, who identify as LGBTQ+ or are an ally.
